Policies
Makeups and Re-schedules
Students who miss a class with at least 4 hours advanced notice may be able to make up that one class during another open time slot within the same 6-week period, depending on availability. Availability is not guaranteed and any class not made up within the same 6-week session will be forfeited. Limit 1 make-up per 6-week session. No changes or cancellations to course registrations are allowed after the Monday of the course start week.
Suggested Attire
Pottery-making is naturally a messy activity. While clay and glazes typically wash out of clothing without staining, we still suggest that you wear attire you do not mind getting dirty. Please be aware that long nails will make it difficult to work with clay. If you have long nails, we recommend trimming them before attending your class.
Pick-up
Work will typically be ready for pick-up within two weeks from the end of your course. Our schedule varies based on class times and market events, so it's always best to check our website for current hours before coming in to pick up work. Items must be picked up within 30 days after notification. Items not picked up after 30 days may be discarded.
